    Step by Step Process – Chicken Shawarma

    Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

    Take a bowl and add yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and all the spices (cumin, paprika, coriander, turmeric, salt, pepper) along with the crushed garlic. Mix everything well.
